Our school only hires applicants who are native English speakers holding a passport from one of the following countries: Canada, United States, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.

Our school advertises and delivers not only language instruction but western cultural exposure as well. This is a market driven decision. Our customers most particularly want North American accented English and culture. As a service provider, we are committed to providing, as much as possible, what the customer wants.

We do give preference to those from North America in our hiring decision since this is what our customers want. This is apart from any judgment on the merits or competencies of non-native English speakers but, again, simply accommodating the reality of the market forces in play in our particular market at this particular time
